Traditional stone granary on a 0.77 acre site in a beautiful countryside location within a five minute drive of Bohola. The granary has been partially restored to include pipework for a septic tank which has been recently been partially installed.
There is power connected to the site with a meter in place. There is a feed going to a mobile home on site and there is ducting in place to bring a feed to the granary. The mobile home which is included in the sale has been gutted and is ready for refurbishment.
The site is currently connected to the Callow water scheme.
